Perfect for upperclassmen, graduate students and faculty with families, the apartments operated by Residential and Hospitality Services offer more independence than the residence halls while still providing all the perks of living on campus. Residential and Hospitality Services operates two distinct apartment villages:

Spartan Village Apartments View Rates

  • Optional dining plans
  • One- and two-bedroom apartments available
  • Barrier-free housing
  • Standard and renovated apartments available. (Renovated apartments include air conditioning, ceiling fans and updated kitchen and bathroom fixtures.)

Lease Renewals for May 2014-May 2015 Lease Term

Starting Feb. 24 through April 4, Spartan Village Apartments will be accepting lease renewals for the May 16, 2014 - May 15, 2015 lease term. Residents wishing to renew your lease for the upcoming term should visit REHSApts.msu.edu and log in with your net ID and password. If you have any questions or issues with the electronic lease renewal process, please feel free to contact the Spartan Village Leasing Office.

Owen Hall

Owen Hall is also ideal for those graduate, professional and undergraduate upperclassmen who desire a living environment conducive to study, along with the privacy of a single room.
