MSU offers a comprehensive recycling program in the residence halls. Materials collected include:

• White paper
• Mixed paper
• Newspaper
• Cardboard
• Boxboard (new)
• Household metal
• All plastics #1 –#7

Recycling centers are generally found in building lobbies. For more information on what can be recycled, visit www.recycle.msu.edu.

Did You Know:

From July 2011 to May 2012, MSU recycled more than 6.5 million pounds of materials, including nearly 800,000 pounds of plastics!
