McDonel Hall
McDonel Hall provides optimal housing for returning students, transfer students and those wanting a quiet, more mature atmosphere. McDonel Hall opened in 1963 and is named for Irma and Karl McDonel. Karl was secretary to the State Board of Agriculture (now the MSU Board of Trustees). He was instrumental in planning and financing Brody Neighborhood among other campus buildings.
